Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, shipping may take up to 10 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Returns & Restocking

Unless otherwise noted on your receipt, all parts come standard with the Silver 6-Month Parts-Only Warranty.

• • Returns: Accepted within 90 days of the original purchase date.
  • Restocking Fees:
    • Standard parts: 15% restocking fee
    • Body cuts: 30% restocking fee
  • Cores: All core items must be drained of fluids and returned within 30 days to receive credit.
  • No returns are accepted after 90 days.
  • All cores must be accompanied by a receipt. No core returns accepted after 30 days.

Warranty Options

Silver Warranty (Standard): 6-Month Parts-Only Warranty (or 10,000 miles)
Gold Warranty: 1-Year Parts-Only Warranty (or 25,000 miles)
Silver+ Warranty: 6-Month Parts & Labor Warranty (or 25,000 miles)
Gold+ Warranty: 1-Year Parts & Labor Warranty (or 50,000 miles)
Labor warranties are calculated at a fixed labor rate of $60/hour.

Certificate of Limited Warranty

74 Auto LLC warrants all parts for 6 months under the following conditions and limitations:

1. 1. All parts carry a 90-day limited warranty unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
   2. Engines are warranted against cracked blocks or heads, bad cam/crankshafts, and excessive smoking.
   3. The used engine must receive new oil and filters upon installation and every 3,000 miles thereafter. Proof of maintenance is required. Oil leaks (gaskets/seals) are not covered.
   4. The following parts should be replaced during installation:
      • Spark plugs, thermostat, air/fuel/oil filters, PCV valve, plug wires, water pump, oil cooler/sending unit, fuel injectors.
      • Inspect and/or replace: radiator cap, hoses, belts, high-tension wires, and oil coolers and lines (flush or replace).
   5. Warranty does not cover attached accessories (e.g., water pump, carburetor, injectors, distributors, computers).
   6. Transmissions are warranted against slippage or shifting failures. New seals, filter kits, and fluid must be installed. Transmission coolers and lines must be flushed and inspected.
   7. Vehicles with 74 Auto engines or transmissions must have proper cooling systems in good condition.
   8. Proper oil and coolant levels must be maintained for warranty validity.
   9. Warranty is void if heat tabs are melted or removed.
   10. Defective engines/transmissions must remain installed until inspected by an authorized 74 Auto representative.
   11. All warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days of purchase and approved by a manager.
   12. All warranty work must be done by 74 Auto LLC or an approved shop unless written authorization is given.
   13. 74 Auto LLC may, at its discretion, replace, repair, or refund the purchase price of the defective part.
   14. Consequential or incidental damages are not covered.
   15. No additional warranties (express or implied) apply after expiration of the warranty period.
   16. Warranty is non-transferable and void for racing, off-road, accident, or misuse.
   17. Improper installation voids all warranties.
   18. Warranty is void without a receipt.
   19. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned parts.
   20. All cores must include a receipt for credit eligibility.
   21. 74 Auto LLC is not responsible for towing, fluids, refrigerant, gas, filters, downtime, lodging, rentals, travel, injury, property damage, or loss of revenue.
   22. Items paid for and unclaimed for over 90 days may be returned to inventory, less shipping/restocking fees.
   23. Brokered or ordered parts (supplied by third-party vendors) are exempt from 74 Auto warranties and carry only the vendor’s warranty.
   24. Computers and electronic controls (including PCM modules, radios, and instrument clusters) are sold as-is, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
